FLOU was founded in spring 2026 by Ira Gladnikoff and Emma Iderot.

In early puberty, Ira's eldest daughter used a lightly padded, non-cupped bralette that offered discretion and allowed her body to develop at its own pace. A few years later, it was time for her younger daughter. That type of bralette was no longer available. The choice was between a thin cotton top that was see-through and a bra with cups that weren't filled out at this stage. There was no clear, functional alternative.

FLOU is that alternative. A non-cupped bralette with a lightly padded front that provides security without drawing attention to itself. It should fit well, feel natural, and not take over. Designed in Sweden and manufactured in Portugal, with materials and construction that last over time and work for everyday life. For the in-between time.
